Project overview

We are Group107, and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our product Accessible Docs – a service that helps make digital documents accessible to everyone. If you are passionate about customer support, eager to grow into a leadership role, and want to be part of a project with a social mission, we would love to have you on our team! Potentially taking on a leadership role within the support team in a few months.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support
  • Strong command of English (B2+)
  • Experience handling financial matters (payments, invoicing, refunds, etc.)
  • Responsibility, customer orientation, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to grow and take on more responsibility

Responsibilities

-Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels
-Assisting users with technical and financial issues related to the service
-Analyzing recurring inquiries and suggesting improvements in support processes
-Collaborating with other teams (technical support, finance, product team)
-Working on Saturdays (schedule to be agreed upon)
