Junior Software Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing digital interfaces (such as websites and mobile applications) to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards. Your goal is to ensure our costumer digital assetsare accessible to a wide range of users, including those with disabilities, while maintaining an optimal user experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with JavaScript (jQuery), HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in web and mobile accessibility is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in English and Hebrew is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions to improve digital interfaces according to WCAG 2.0 requirements
- Address and resolve accessibility issues identified during QA testing or accessibility analysis.
- Collaboration with Development Teams
- Document accessibility issues, fixes, and solutions implemented.
- Prepare reports on accessibility performance and progress.
- Keep up-to-date with changes and updates in WCAG 2.0 standards and the field of accessibility in general.
- Participate in professional training related to accessibility
