Group107 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects in the field of digital accessibility. This is a cloud-based document accessibility platform designed to help organizations transform inaccessible files into inclusive, accessible documents quickly and efficiently. The role involves managing cross-organizational projects, working with large clients from both the public and private sectors in Israel and abroad, client coordination, task management, financial tracking, team leadership, sales activities, and internal collaboration.
Please note: the role involves a hybrid work format. The first 3 months are full-time onsite at our offices on Karlibach Street, Tel Aviv. Afterwards, 3–4 days a week in the office, as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technology project management with familiarity with the tech industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with various stakeholders – both technical and business-oriented
- Strategic mindset, initiative, ability to identify business and service opportunities
- Proactive attitude: drive tasks forward, take ownership and lead initiatives
- High-level both Hebrew and English (verbal and written)
- Quick understanding of systems and software tools
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Excel

- Familiarity with accessibility standards
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects in digital accessibility: websites, applications, documents, information systems, and digital platforms
- Plan project timelines (Gantt charts), manage schedules and tasks, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Work with the finance department: invoice handling and budget tracking
- Manage accessibility teams: allocate resources, assign and oversee tasks within the division
- Collaborate with QA, development, design teams, partners, vendors, and clients (Israeli, European, and American markets)
- Manage software licenses for clients
- Ensure accessibility testing is completed and monitor implementation of fixes
- Manage risks, troubleshoot, and track performance metrics
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships – act as the key point of contact for clients
- Identify sales opportunities: write proposals, handle tenders
