Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Deep understanding of the IT industry and a wide range of technical roles
- Expertise in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes and lead strategic hiring initiatives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- English: Upper-intermediate+
Responsibilities
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and complex IT roles
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define recruitment strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future roles
- Lead process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters
- Stay ahead of market trends and talent acquisition best practices to continuously improve our hiring process
