Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the IT or tech company
  • Proven experience in managing the entire HR lifecycle, from onboarding to employee retention and development
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to take initiative and drive HR processes forward
  • In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Native Hebrew speaker with advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in remote and international team management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Maintain and improve the company’s culture by fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Support management and leadership in HR-related matters, including workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management and HR policy enforcement.
