Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Ownership roles.
- 2+ years of experience as a backend developer (preferably in Java or .NET).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, with hands-on experience using JIRA.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS/Azure), or microservices.
- Tools experience: Confluence, GitHub/GitLab, Figma, etc.
- Certifications: Scrum (CSM/PSM), PMP, or Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage JIRA: workflows, boards, sprint structures, reports.
- Run agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
- Break down high-level features into actionable technical tasks.
- Track sprint health, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with developers to manage technical risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to define the product roadmap.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case scenarios.
- Manage feature lifecycles: from planning through QA to deployment.
- Use feedback and analytics to improve features and resolve bugs.
