Full-Stack Developer (Node.js/React)

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join a Digital Platform team in the construction industry. Our Clients platform simplifies complex quantity take-offs and BOQ generation by connecting clear written data to detailed models, making them easy to use even for non-technical users.
In this role, you will help design, develop, and improve a high-performance, scalable system, build new features, and work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and efficient user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Full-Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with React and backend frameworks such as Node.js/Nest.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, but AWS/Azure are also relevant).
- In-depth understanding of front-end and back-end architecture.
- Highly motivated, committed, and eager to learn.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven patterns.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
Nice to have
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience in BIM
Responsibilities
- Take part in the design and development of a scalable, high-performance platform
- Take part in coding, developing features, fixing bugs, and improving performance
- Work with other team members to integrate systems and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Сollaborate with all stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines
