Accessibility Remediation Specialist

At Group107, we are looking for a motivated Accessibility Fixing Specialist to join our internal Accessible Department. This role is focused on ensuring that websites meet international accessibility standards, making digital experiences more inclusive for all users. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for front-end quality, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in front-end development or accessibility-related work
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508)
- Confident in HTML5 and CSS3; basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
- Service-oriented, experienced in working with clients & internal teams
- High-level English
Responsibilities
- Identify and fix accessibility issues on websites in accordance with WCAG 2.1+ standards
- Apply necessary HTML, CSS, and ARIA adjustments to ensure compliance
- Use screen readers and other assistive technologies to verify accessibility fixes
- Collaborate with internal team members to share best practices and improve processes
- Document and track issues, fixes, and testing results
