We do our best to provide an opportunity for development for young professionals, so in Group 107 you can go through an internship program and start your career in IT! More than 20 participants of the Israel IT internship program have already started working for the company. How many days of paid vacation does the company provide?

You can take advantage of 20 days of paid vacation per year.
Do you have projects from scratch?

Sure! We want our specialists to develop alongside real gurus in their field.
How do you track productivity?

Together with you and your manager, we create a personal development plan, this helps us to track productivity and development.

How long is the probationary period in Group 107?

The probationary period in Group 107 lasts 3 months.
Do you provide the equipment needed for the job?

Sure! According to your responsibilities, we provide all the necessary equipment, if you work from home – we deliver and help with the connection.
