Hi, my name is Iurii, and I have been working at Group 107 for more than 2 years now. I like that company cares about me as a person and about my personal growth. I like being appreciated and listened to. There is a genius spirit of cooperation and together we help customers to build their business. We have a big new office with a lot of cool stuff and a friendly atmosphere. This truly creates a family environment where everybody hears each other. Everytime I feel being motivated and inspired at work. The company is attentive to everyone and provides a great opportunity and motivation for personal advancements and growth. Group 107 holds English and Hebrew classes, corporate events, team-buildings where I can boost my soft skills. Also, I love challenges that make the working process more fun, productive. For now, I am working with the Cliverse project and it is amazing to be a part of the professional team. Here I gained a lot of experience and understood that work can bring pleasure and success. I have been working at Group 107 for more than 2 years. Most of all I like the friendly atmosphere in the office and the team spirit – it is priceless. The atmosphere in the office is calm and friendly – perfect for the job. The office is located in a separate building with its own yard, gym, relaxation room, etc. Once a week we have happy hours, birthday gifts, parties. So, in addition to working hours, the company also takes care of the leisure of the employees. The company provides personal appraisal for employees every six months or one year, it depends on the worker level. So you can grow up professionally very fast. I’m working on many projects at the same time for big companies like Zynga, Playtika, Ubisoft, etc. I definitely would recommend Group 107 for my friends. I already have done this, so some of them work here with me!
