Project overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with strong Upsales and Presales experience for DevOps services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts while actively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities related to DevOps solutions.
You will act as a strategic partner for our clients, understanding their business and technical needs, and working closely with our DevOps team to design and present tailored solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with the ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and presales activities within the DevOps domain.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager with a strong focus on upsales and presales in DevOps services (at least 2 years)
  • Solid understanding of DevOps concepts, cloud technologies, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure management
  • Deep understanding of AWS and cloud platforms
  • Experience in preparing and presenting technical/commercial proposals for DevOps or cloud services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level — both spoken and written
  • Client-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts, with a focus on DevOps services
  • Lead presales activities for DevOps solutions: gather client requirements, collaborate with DevOps engineers, and shape tailored offerings
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, including scope, pricing, and service models for DevOps services
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal DevOps teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery
  • Support clients in defining their needs and translating them into effective DevOps and cloud solutions
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations, confidently representing DevOps service offerings
  • Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and DevOps teams to ensure successful project execution
