Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager with a strong focus on upsales and presales in DevOps services (at least 2 years)
- Solid understanding of DevOps concepts, cloud technologies, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure management
- Deep understanding of AWS and cloud platforms
- Experience in preparing and presenting technical/commercial proposals for DevOps or cloud services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level — both spoken and written
- Client-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts, with a focus on DevOps services
- Lead presales activities for DevOps solutions: gather client requirements, collaborate with DevOps engineers, and shape tailored offerings
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, including scope, pricing, and service models for DevOps services
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal DevOps teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery
- Support clients in defining their needs and translating them into effective DevOps and cloud solutions
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations, confidently representing DevOps service offerings
- Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
- Collaborate closely with delivery and DevOps teams to ensure successful project execution
