Account Manager + Sales Manager (DevOps Services)

We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Account Manager + Sales Manager with proven experience in selling DevOps services. This role combines proactive new-business development with ongoing account management for existing clients. You will work closely with our DevOps department, understand clients’ technical needs, build long-term relationships, and ensure successful delivery of our services.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of DevOps practices, and the ability to represent our technical solutions in a clear and confident manner. Fluent English and previous experience in DevOps-related sales are essential.
Location: Israel (Hybrid — 3 days/week from our Tel Aviv office)
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales of DevOps services (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, cloud technologies, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level — both spoken and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid format (3 days weekly from the Tel Aviv office)
- Proactive, results-driven personality with strong client-relationship skills
- Experience working in fast-paced technology or IT services companies is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of DevOps services: lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposals, and closing
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation
- Collaborate with DevOps experts to understand technical requirements and translate them into tailored service offerings
- Prepare commercial proposals, SLAs, pricing models, and detailed service scopes for clients
- Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, track progress in CRM, and provide accurate forecasting
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within active accounts
- Represent the company in meetings, demos, and industry events
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams to support smooth project delivery
