Middle Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join Group107’s team in Lviv and lead digital projects across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, and high-quality results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience in IT or software development;
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects;
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects);
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
- Strong leadership and team management abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results;
- English level Upper-intermediate+ (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience with discovery phases or early-stage planning;
- Background managing mobile app development projects;
- Understanding of WordPress, accessibility, or e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Coordinate developers, designers, and QA across sprints;
- Run stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives;
- Serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams;
- Track progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned;
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines;
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans;
- Maintain documentation and report key project metrics.
