Middle Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our partner company Umbrapay and lead end-to-end delivery of IT and software development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality project execution aligned with business goals and client expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management within IT or software development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects, or similar.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of WordPress, accessibility standards, or e-commerce platforms will be considered a plus.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong focus on results and delivery.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Gather, clarify, and document project requirements; provide regular status updates.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and feedback cycles.
