We’re looking for a passionate and self-organized Project Manager who will join our development team and help drive the continued development of the platform, support the team’s agile processes, and ensure high standards of product delivery.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Previous experience working in a financial audit or tax company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Open-minded and able to think outside the box
- Devoted and looking for a long-term cooperation
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products
- Work with the Product team and stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog
- Monitor staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to deadlines
- Outline the human and material resources required for project completion
