We are looking for a half-time Partnership Development Specialist to work closely with the VP of Marketing, generating qualified meetings with decision-makers at platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have strong digital media knowledge and excellent relationship-building skills.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership development, preferably within the digital media or advertising technology industry.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the roles of major media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and professional communications.
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and secure meetings through proactive outreach.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and other sales outreach tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a part-time role.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently.

• Experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
• A strong existing network within the digital media industry is a large plus.
Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and engage key contacts at target media platforms through strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
• Secure qualified introductory meetings for our team with decision-makers at Google, Meta, TikTok, and other identified media platforms.
• Qualify leads based on their potential for partnership and alignment with our company’s objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and our value proposition.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends within the media platform space.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
• Track and manage your lead pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress towards meeting targets.
• Work closely with our sales and leadership teams to align on partnership strategies and objectives.
• Provide regular updates on meeting generation progress and key performance metrics.
