Project overview

Next-generation Investor Relations (IR) website platform designed specifically for public companies in Israel.
The product enables companies to present all investor-related information in a structured, compliant, and fully multilingual digital environment.

The platform is designed to meet the high standards required for public companies, including accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and regulatory alignment, while significantly reducing the operational overhead typically involved in manual translations and content duplication.

Requirements

  • The project manager should be able to visit Lviv Office.
  • 3 years of project management experience in IT or software development;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects;
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects);
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities;
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of WordPress, accessibility standards, or e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Allocate resources and track project progress against milestones;
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers;
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals;
  • Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Gather and clarify project requirements, providing regular updates on progress;
  • Manage expectations and address any concerns or changes to project scope;
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans;
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays;
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes;
  • Track and report project performance metrics (KPIs);
  • Ensure deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and client expectations;
  • Coordinate with QA teams to facilitate thorough testing and feedback.
