Group107 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects in the field of digital accessibility. The role involves managing cross-organizational projects, working with large clients from both the public and private sectors in Israel and abroad, coordinating with clients, managing tasks, tracking finances, leading teams, conducting sales activities, and facilitating internal collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in technology project management, with familiarity with
    the tech industry;
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders – both technical and business-oriented;
  • Strategic mindset, initiative, and ability to identify business and service opportunities;
  • Proactive attitude: drive tasks forward, take ownership, and lead initiatives;
  • Self-learner: curious, motivated, eager to learn and grow;
  • Advanced level of both Hebrew and English;
  • Quick understanding of systems and software tools;
  • Fast, creative problem-solving skills to move projects forward;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards;
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects in digital accessibility: websites, applications, documents, information systems, and digital platforms;
  • Plan project timelines (Gantt charts), manage schedules and tasks, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery;
  • Work with the finance department: invoice handling and budget tracking;
  • Manage accessibility teams: allocate resources, assign and oversee tasks within the division;
  • Collaborate with QA, development, design teams, partners, vendors, and clients (Israeli, European, and American markets);
  • Manage software licenses for clients;
  • Ensure accessibility testing is completed and monitor implementation of fixes;
  • Manage risks, troubleshoot, and track performance metrics;
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships – act as the key point of contact for clients;
  • Identify sales opportunities: write proposals, handle tenders.
