Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in building and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services. This role involves close collaboration with backend development teams and ownership of CI/CD processes in a modern cloud environment. The position is open for a short-term project of 5-6 months.
Requirements
• 5–6 years of experience in DevOps roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environment
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools, Terraform, Ansible
Nice to have
• Experience working closely with backend development teams
• Deep understanding of build, deployment, and monitoring processes
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex distributed environments
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
Responsibilities
• Provision and manage infrastructure and services to support backend systems
• Work closely with backend developers to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes
• Automate and maintain development, staging, and production environments
• Lead and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices in the Azure cloud
