At Group107, we are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative SaaS healthcare project. Protego is dedicated to proactively reducing medical claim denials by integrating intelligent recommendations based on payor-specific policies and coding guidelines directly into the claim creation workflow. Our goal is to significantly reduce the time spent addressing complex insurance denials by leveraging advanced technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
90% Back-End, 5% DevOps, and 5% Front-End.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 5 years specializing in Python.
- Proven experience in full-stack development.
- Expertise in SaaS product architecture and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong background in databases and data flows.
- Excellent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate B2+, ideally Advanced).
- Positive, energetic, flexible, and agile personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, a related field, or relevant military experience.
- Experience with React development.
- Background in healthcare, medical data, or compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2).
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development efforts including backend, frontend, data engineering, and DevOps.
- Architect and design scalable SaaS solutions.
- Oversee system design, ensuring high-quality implementation.
- Drive AI integrations and spearhead data engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver user-centric products with significant impact.
