Our client is a market leader in time and attendance solutions, helping thousands of businesses across Brazil improve transparency, save costs, and simplify workforce management. Their platform integrates with major payroll systems and devices, supporting companies of all sizes since 2017.
We are looking for a skilled Native Mobile Developer to join the team, focused on building and maintaining native Android and iOS applications. You will work with modern technologies, deliver high-quality solutions, and help scale the platform globally.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience in developing native mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
● Advanced proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
● Experience with AndroidX components (ViewModel, Navigation, WorkManager).
● Proficiency with Gradle.
● Experience with Room (relational DBs) or Realm.
● Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVVM, etc.).
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
● Knowledge of UI/UX standards for mobile applications.
● Experience with version control systems such as Git.
● Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
Nice to have
● Proficiency in Swift for iOS development.
● Experience with SwiftUI.
● Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for mobile applications.
● Knowledge of mobile application security best practices.
● Familiarity with cloud services and integration (Firebase, GCP, etc.).
● Experience with Compose.
● Experience with Koin (DI).
● Experience with Retrofit.
● Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform for shared business logic.
Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
● Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
