Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to take ownership of designing intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web & mobile)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and pixel-perfect UI execution
- Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems)
- Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS products, mobile apps, or admin dashboards
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for smoother collaboration
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA)
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Galileo, Figma plugins) to enhance workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process: from research, wireframes, and prototypes to pixel-perfect UI
- Translate product requirements into user flows, journey maps, and intuitive interfaces
- Create high-fidelity mockups for responsive web and mobile applications using Figma
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure design accuracy
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and brand consistency
- Conduct or support usability testing and feedback cycles to improve user experience
- Present and clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders
