Project overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in various design software and tools, with a specific focus on creating engaging marketing materials and dynamic content for digital platforms. This role requires proficiency in creating GIFs in Figma, as well as advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and experience with Google Ads.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Figma: Expertise in using Figma to create static and animated graphics.
– Adobe After Effects: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects for creating complex animations and motion graphics.
– Adobe Illustrator: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating vector graphics and illustrations.
– Graphic Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
– Marketing Materials Creation: Experience in designing a wide range of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
– Digital Advertising: Familiarity with designing visuals for Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.
– Creative Suite Mastery: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
– Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
– English Upper-Intermrdiate.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with Web Design: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and experience designing for web platforms.
– Knowledge of UX/UI Principles: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
– Project Management Tools: Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, or Slack.

Responsibilities

– Design and Develop Visual Content: Create visually appealing graphics, GIFs, and animations for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
– Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
– Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
– Optimize Digital Ads: Design and optimize graphics for Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
– Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visual content remains fresh and competitive.
– Feedback and Revisions: Accept and incorporate feedback to improve designs and ensure they meet the desired standards and objectives.
