We are looking for a Strong Junior Project Manager to join our team of 5 PMs. In this role, you will be managing WordPress projects which spanning diverse domains. This position requires collaboration from our Lviv office.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Participate in project planning sessions, assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation including project charters, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with resource managers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for project tasks.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and management to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Address project issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Progress Tracking: Track project progress against established milestones and deliver regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to lessons learned sessions to enhance project management practices.
