We are looking for a QA Engineer to join Constrol, a company that develops innovative digital solutions for the construction industry. Constrol offers three main products: a Digital Platform, BIM Modeling Services, and Budget Accompaniment.
The platform simplifies and automates complex quantity management processes by creating a clear Bill of Quantities (BOQ) directly linked to the 3D model. It enables users — even those without a technical background — to easily visualize and manage data side by side. Key features include isolating specific clauses and displaying them in the model, performing detailed intersections by area or craft to generate accurate BOQs, and enabling fast, precise quantity calculations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Solid experience testing web-based platforms (preferably data-driven or technical products).
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
- Practical experience with API testing tools.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using bug-tracking and test management tools (Jira).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
- Develop and maintain automated tests (UI and API levels).
- Participate in planning and estimation sessions, defining testing strategy and priorities.
- Detect, document, and track defects using tools like Jira.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers for timely fixes.
- Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and QA processes.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation (test plans, checklists, reports).
