We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join Group107 and contribute to the Summa project. If you have strong Figma skills, an eye for visual design, and a passion for organization, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in shaping a cloud-based platform that revolutionizes accounting firms and tax consultants’ workflows in Israel. Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Expert-level Figma skills, particularly in Auto Layout, responsiveness, components, and libraries
- Experience working with design systems and contributing to component libraries
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, ensuring user-centered design
- Strong visual design skills, including proficiency in typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to create icons and other graphical assets when needed
- Highly organized approach to file management, naming conventions, and structuring design projects
- Comfortable working on enterprise-level or complex B2B flows (not just marketing sites or apps)
- Strong attention to usability, system thinking, and scalable design patterns
- Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
Nice to have
- Experience designing financial, legal, or accounting interfaces
- Experience working in Agile teams with developers using Angular
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and creativity (e.g. ChatGPT, Galileo, Magician plugin)
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, mockups, and fully responsive UIs for complex workflows (mainly for accounting and finance professionals)
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate specifications into UI/UX flows
- Maintain and evolve our Figma-based design system (components, libraries, tokens)
- Create clear, developer-friendly specs using Figma Dev Mode
- Conduct lightweight UX research (heuristic reviews, user feedback sessions)
- Participate in design/dev syncs and sprint planning
- Handle design QA to ensure high-fidelity implementation
- Continuously improve UX based on real user feedback and product analytics
- Help evolve the UX across modules like tax, audit, bookkeeping, dashboard, etc.
